Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to update the sound system at the Hopedale Jr./Sr. High School Auditorium in Hopedale for regional musical, artistic and dramatic performances.”
