Representative Harriett L. Stanley of West Newbury moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 4510-0712 the following item:

For the operation of an evidence-based outreach and education program designed to provide information and education on the therapeutic and cost-effective utilization of prescription drugs to physicians, pharmacists and other health care professionals authorized to prescribe and dispense prescription drugs………$100,000”
