REPRESENTATIVE ST. FLEUR of BOSTON, FOX of BOSTON, ALLEN of BOSTON, LANTIGUA of LAWRENCE, PROVOST of SOMERVILLE and SWAN of SPRINGFIELD move that the bill be amended by adding the following new section:

“SECTION ___. Section 17G of chapter 180, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by the inserting after word "employed", in line 5, the following words:- or which may be specified by a collective bargaining agreement with the PCA Quality Homecare Workforce Council,”
