FLEUR of BOSTON, FOX of BOSTON, MALIA of BOSTON, ALLEN of BOSTON and SWAN of SPRINGFIELD move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding the following: “; provided further, that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for education, career development and employment service programs operated by the Urban League of Massachusetts; and by striking out the figure: “$750,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure: “$1,250,000”
