REPRESENTATIVES ST. FLEUR OF BOSTON, FOX of BOSTON, ALLEN of BOSTON and SWAN of SPRINGFIELD move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200 by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $933,000 shall be expended for the Volunteers of America Rebound Youth Residential Recovery Program at Long Island Hospital in the city of Boston for substance abuse and rehabilitation services to youths with addictions; and by striking out the figure: “$63,524,448” and inserting in place thereof the figure: “$64,457,448”
