MR. SPELLANE OF WORCESTER moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-3036, by adding the following:-

“; provided that not less than $80,925 shall be expended for the Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance Inc. Donations Clearinghouse Program.”
