Representative Spellane of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0250, by adding at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to provide community health services through the school-based health center at the Helen A. Bowditch Health Center at Elm Park School in the city of Worcester.”
