Mr. Fagan of Taunton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8400-0001, in line 13, by inserting after “Laws;” the following: “provided further, that the registry shall operate a full-service branch in the town of Southbridge; provided further, that the registry shall operate an office in the city of Fall River; provided further, that the registry shall operate a full service office in the town of Milford to be operated 5 days a week; provided further, that the registry shall operate a license express office in the town of Falmouth; provided further, that the registry may operate a full-service office in the city of Lowell; provided further, that the registry shall operate an office in the city of Taunton and the town of Plymouth which shall handle license business, learner’s permits, road testing and full service registration business to the general public;”.
