Mr. Fagan of Taunton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8400-0001, in line 13, by inserting after “Laws;” the following: “provided further, that the registry shall operate an office in the city of Taunton which shall handle license business, learner’s permits, road testing and full service registration business to the general public;”.
