Mr. Smith of Everett moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7035-0002, by adding the following “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for an English as a Second Language Adult Evening School Program in Everett” and in said item by striking out the figures “$28,085,646” and inserting in place thereof the figures “28,135,646”.
