Mr. Smith of Everett moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a small business program in the city of Everett; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for a child safety grant for the city of Everett; and provided further that, not less than $150,000 to support after school programming in the City of Everett, including the improvement of recreational playing fields” and in said item by striking out the figures “$8,916,247” and inserting in place thereof the figures “9,216,247”.
