An Act  RELATIVE TO THE CONTINUATION OF INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR SURVIVING SPOUSES OF PUBLIC RETIREES.

 

 

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the

 authority of the same, as follows:

 

SECTION 1. Section 11 of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the words “until the remarriage of said surviving spouse”.

SECTION 2. Section 9B of chapter 32B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the word “remarriage or”.
