An Act relative to the sale of alcoholic beverages.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 33 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words:- “or on the day following when Christmas occurs on a Sunday” in lines 13, 14, 16, 17, 23, 24, 26 and 27 in each instance.
