In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the sale of alcoholic beverages in certain border cities and towns.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 6 of Chapter 136 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “day” in line 169 the following:-  and on Thanksgiving day.

 

SECTION 2.           Said section 6 of said Chapter 136, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “and, provided further, that such permit shall not allow such sale not occur prior to the hour of twelve noon” in lines 180 and 181.
