In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act authorizing certain conveyances by the Division of Capital Asset Management.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. The Division of Asset Management is hereby authorized and directed to convey, for nominal consideration, by deed approved as to form by the Attorney General, any ice skating rink and the land appurtenant thereto under the control of the department of Environmental Management to the city or town in which such rink is located at the request of said city or town.

SECTION 2. Upon any conveyance authorized by section one, the city or town shall assume all obligations, liabilities and contracts in existence on the date of conveyance with respect to said rinks.
