In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act to convey a certain parcel of land in the city of Marlborough.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Division of Capital Asset Management is directed to convey to the City of Marlborough all the right title and interest of the Commonwealth in a certain parcel of land in said City of Marlborough.  The parcel is shown as “Discontinuance” on a plan entitled “Plan of Road in the City of Marlborough Discontinued as a State Highway” dated January 5, 1972 recorded in the South Middlesex Registry as Plan #171 of 1972.
