An Act relative to advertising content.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Not withstanding any General Law, rule or regulation to the contrary there shall be no alcohol or alcohol related advertising on any bus, bus stop, kiosk train station or train operated and owned by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority
