An Act relative to concurrent jurisdiction over the former Devens military base.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 481 Section 1 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby by amended in line 3 by striking

out the words “town of Harvard”, and inserting in place thereof the following: “towns of Harvard

and Ayer”

SECTION 2 – Chapter 481 Section 1 of the Acts of 2004 is further amended in line 2 by striking out the words: “Section 255” and inserting in place thereof the following: - Section 3112
