An Act authorizing the Division of Capital Asset Management to convey certain lands to the town of Northborough .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance shall convey a certain parcel of land previously the Westborough State Hospital, located in the town of Northborough to the town of Northborough, for consideration of $1 to be used as recreational fields for the town of Northborough.
