In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act requiring employees of the Department of Social Services to wear photo identification.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 18B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004

Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 3 the following section:—

                Section 3A. All employees shall be issued and shall wear, while in the

performance of  their duties, clearly visible photo identification.
