An Act relative to the safe placement of newborn infants.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                                   SECTION 1. Section 39 ½ of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “station,” in lines 4, 13, and 17,  the following words: - or to an emergency respondent at an agreed upon location following a 911 call. 

                                   SECTION 2. Section 39 ½ of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “designated,” in line 4, the following words: - person or.

                                   SECTION 3. Chapter 227 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby amended by striking sections 2 and 3.
