An Act relative to changing the definition of children in need of services. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Section 21 of Chapter 119, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition of the Massachusetts General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out the word “seventeen” in line 7 and the word “sixteen” in line 12 and inserting in place thereof the word “eighteen”.
