An Act relative to school served food products. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1C of chapter 69 of the General Laws appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second paragraph the following paragraph:-

       The board shall require that public schools furnishing lunches or breakfasts list the amount of carbohydrates contained in all food products served to all diabetic children, teachers and faculty.
