An Act relative to emergency aid for elderly and disabled.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 117A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in each of lines 21, 23 and 24, the words “sixty dollars ” and inserting in place thereof in each instance, the figure:— $100.
