An Act clarifying the use of Community Preservation Act funds.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Paragraph (b) subsection 2 of section 5 of chapter 44B if the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “for the acquisition, creation and preservation of land for recreational use” and inserting in place thereof the following words:--for the acquisition, creation, regeneration and preservation of land for recreational use, including the installation of synthetic turf fields.
