An
Act relative to rebates on retail sales.

Be it enacted by the
Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the
authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 106 of the General Laws, as appearing in the
2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after section 2-328 the
following section:-
Section
2-329. In a sale at retail, as defined in section 1 of chapter 64H, which
involves a rebate such rebate shall be made at the time of sale.
