An Act relative to the reauthorization of the small business advisory council.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of section 53 of chapter 141 of the acts of 2003 is hereby amended by adding the following:—

Upon the expiration of each 2 year term, including the initial 2 year term specified in this section, the council shall be automatically reauthorized to continue the activities specified in this section. Upon reauthorization, the membership of the council shall be determined in accordance with subsection (b) of this section. Members may serve on the council for more than one term.
