An Act relative to drop out rates and loan defaults for certain students.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 87BB of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004

Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “given”, in lines 6, the

following words:— , and a review by the department of education of the school’s student

dropout rate report and student loan default rate.
