An Act relative to the training of apprentice cosmetologists.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 87CC of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004

Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “schools”, in line 6, the

following words:— , the training of apprentices in an approved apprenticeship program,.
