In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act further regulating the State Lottery.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

    Chapter 10 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 26 the following section:—
            Section 26A. The director shall on a daily basis make public the amount of money realized from the sale of all lottery tickets and shares for the previous day.
