In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The fourth sentence of the twelfth paragraph of Section 23 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word "forty" and inserting in place thereof the following words:— One hundred.
SECTION 2. The fourth sentence of the twelfth paragraph of Section 23 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking out the word "fifty" and inserting in place thereof the following words:— Seventy-five.
