 An Act further regulating appeals regarding alcoholic beverages licenses.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. The seventh paragraph of Section 67 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 official version, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “for” the following words:— a license who is aggrieved by the action of the local licensing authorities in refusing to grant the same or any applicant for.

 

SECTION 2.   The seventh paragraph of Section 67 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 official version, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “modifying,” the following word:— suspending.
