An Act relative to a certain motor vechile number plate.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of motor vehicles shall issue to Dexter Olsson of the town of Plymouth number plate 1620.  Said Dexter Olsson transfer said plate to another registered motor vehicle owner by will.
