 An Act relative to the reselling of tickets.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 185A of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “commissioner of public safety” and inserting in place thereof the following words:— director of consumer affairs and business regulation.

SECTION 2. Said section 185A of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking the word “commissioner” in lines 9, 11, and 14, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:— director.

SECTION 3. Section 185B of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended striking the words “commissioner of administration” in line 3 and inserting in place thereof the following words:—secretary of administration and finance.

SECTION 4. Section 185C of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the word “commissioner” in lines 1, 3, and 6, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:— director.

SECTION 5. Section 185E of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the word “commissioner” in lines 1 and 10, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:— director.

SECTION 6. Section 185F of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the word “commissioner” in line 3 and inserting in place thereof the following word:— director.
