An Act relative to home inspections.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1     Section 225 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing

in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out

the fourth paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following

paragraph:—

Any action arising from a home inspection shall be commenced

only within one year after the date of a completed written

report of a home inspection by a home inspector.
