An Act relative to telemarketers and cellular telephones. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 14 of  Chapter 159 C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end the thereof the following section:-

Section 15: Telephone solicitors, as defined in section 1, are hereby prohibited from placing any “unsolicited telephonic sales call” as defined, to cellular telephones.
