An Act relative to the Sale, Transport and Consumption of Beer on Golf Courses.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1: Chapter 138, Section 14 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after line 2 the following line:-

“Special licenses for the dispensing of malt beverages on golf course premises shall be granted by the local licensing authorities in such a city or town to such entities.”
