An Act relative to plumbing regulations.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 13 of chapter 142 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word, “practice”, in line 6 the following words:-where national standards exist for a plumbing or gas fitting product, prior approval of a product under national standards shall be acceptable to the examiners as the required product-approval;
