In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the resale of mattresses.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

Any mattress sold in the Commonwealth, and returned by the consumer, shall marked as “resale”, if it is sold to another consumer. Only mattresses shipped from the factory or place of business brand new shall not be marked.
