 An Act relative to the packaging of goods.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 307C the following section:-

Section 307B. The opening of packaged goods shall be made manually accessible by the use of perforations, tabs, or other means.  This shall not apply to tamper-proof containers.
