Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word “three,” in line 4 and inserting in place thereof the following figures:–
3, 5 or 7
SECTION 2. Said section 4 of said chapter 138, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:–
The two leading political parties shall be represented on the board.
