In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to automobile dealerships.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, prior to the agreed upon sale of an automobile, the dealership as defined by Section 1 of Chapter 93B, must disclose to the buyer any fees or service charges to be charged to the buyer in addition to the agreed upon purchase price of the automobile offered for sale.
