In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act authorizing certain liquor stores to be open on Sunday. .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, all liquor stores within 10 miles from the New Hampshire state border shall be allowed to be open at 9:00AM on Sundays.
