 An Act relative to the sale of motor vehicles.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

   Chapter 255B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after section 18 the following:-

   Section 18A.  A retail seller shall not charge a retail buyer any amount in excess of the finance charge set by a sales finance company.
