An Act making corrective changes to promote environmental cleanup and the redevelopment of contaminated property.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 29A of chapter 23G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “agency” in line 84 the following words:-  assistance corporation
