In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 185F of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following sentence:-
“A police officer may arrest, without a warrant, any person for whom the officer has probable cause to believe is violating or has violated the provisions of section one hundred and eighty-five A.”
