 An Act relative to state examiners of electricians.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Line four of Paragraph one of Section 32 of Chapter 13 of the Massachusetts General Laws as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out the word; “eight” and inserting in place thereof the word:-twelve; in line 12 by striking out the word: “one” and inserting in place thereof the word:-five: ; and in line 16, after the word ; ”purposes” by adding the words:- and whom at the time of appointment shall be a member or an employee of a member of a trade union or a party or an employee of a party to a contract with a trade union;
