An Act increasing the purse accounts for horse and dog racing in the Commonwealth.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 5 of Chapter 128A of the General Laws is hereby amended in subparagraph (6) in

line, 5, by striking out the figure “$400,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure

“$600,000”.
