 An Act removing the requirement to provide notice to the department of mental health of a license granted to a guardian to sell real estate.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

 

 

Section 12 of Chapter 202 is hereby amended by deleting in the first sentence the words:-

 

or in the case of a person incapacitated by reason of mental illness.

 

Section 12 of Chapter 202 is hereby further amended by deleting in the first sentence the words:-

 

or in the case of a person incapacitated by reason of mental illness to the department of mental health.
