 An Act relative to state lottery agents.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1: Section 24 of Chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “sold” in line 25, the following:—
provided, however, the commission paid to sellers of on line games and instant games shall not be less than eight percent.
